3 New Developments Reshaping Barrie’s Downtown

Barrie is growing at an incredibly fast pace. According to Zumper, Barrie currently has the second-highest one-bedroom rent prices in Ontario (earlier in 2021. Barrie was the highest rent for a one-bedroom in Ontario, beating out Toronto.) To deal with the housing shortage, new developments are being approved, and construction is on the rise.

Barrie is growing and these are only my personal favourite developments currently, there are plenty of others being proposed and currently under construction. UrbanToronto and BuzzBuzzHome are great sources for updates on projects in Barrie and across Canada.
